Quiet Notes & Co. is a trading name of Virtuclix Marketing Services FZCO, DISO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company trading as Quiet Notes & Co., and "you" means any person who visits or uses myquietnotes.com (the "Website").
By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
2. What the Website is for
The Website describes the web design and development services of Quiet Notes & Co. and lets you prepare an enquiry. It does not sell products online, does not take payments and does not offer user accounts.
3. Information on the Website
We write the content of the Website carefully, but it is general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your specific situation and it is not a binding offer.
- Prices are shown as starting points in US dollars. The fee for a project is set only in a written quote or agreement.
- Projects labelled as concept work are self-initiated studies created by us. They are not client commissions and do not describe results for any client.
- Timelines are typical ranges and depend on scope, feedback and the materials we receive.
4. Enquiries and the contact form
The contact form on the Website does not send or store anything. When you press the button, your own email app opens with a message prepared from your answers. You decide whether to send it. You can also write to us directly at support@myquietnotes.com.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to start a project.
5. Project agreements
If we agree to work together, the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timeline and ownership of the work are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. Those project terms take priority over these terms for the project they cover.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and code of the Website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the Website and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or sell its content or design, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Rights in work we create for clients are governed by the relevant project agreement.
7. Acceptable use
When you use the Website you agree not to:
- use it in a way that breaks any law or infringes the rights of others;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its hosting or related systems;
- interfere with its operation, for example through automated scraping at a volume that affects availability, or by introducing malicious code;

If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
